How to book -

I’ll guide you through the entire process

I like to keep things simple. I value my time but I also value your time as well. There are just a few simple steps to the process of booking your photoshoot!

01. Request to book.


Simply use my contact page here fill out the form with the information.

Once you have submitted your request to book, we will discuss the date, location and style you're going for.

We will confirm detail via email and/or phone call.


02. Location


Ideal Locations

-Mt. Rainier

I am ALWAYS open to explore new locations and travel to new places.

03. Retainer + Service Agreement


In the process of booking, I do require a non-refundable retainer to be paid to solidify your date in my calendar. This is to be sure no one else can be booked on your date + time. I also require a client service agreement to be signed. Which will have all final details of date, location, payment etc.

04. What to Wear


Once we have you booked for your date + retainer + service agreement taken care of, the fun begins!

You will receive a confirmation email and a link with ideas of what to wear for your photos.

05. Photoshoot


Within a few days of your photoshoot I will be in touch to confirm everything is good to go. We'll pay attention to the weather and I can answer any last minute questions you may have. You'll get an email for final payment the day prior to your photoshoot.

We will meet at the agreed upon time and location, and just relax, smile and have fun!

06. After your photoshoot


Your gallery will be available within 4 weeks of your photoshoot via password protected online gallery where you can select your images full resolution images for download.

FAQ

Am I required to purchase prints?

No! I offer a simple all-inclusive service. You'll receive your watermarked gallery and a unique code to download a set number of images per your specific session that is included in your price. You will also have the option to purchase the entire gallery if you wish.
*Watermark is removed upon downloading of images. Images chosen will be available in full resolution.

Do you offer Newborn or Wedding (event packages)?

Currently I am not photographing newborns. Event are on a case by case basis and select few will be offered during the year. I can however point you in the direction of some amazing photographers who may be a better fit though!

Can you help with outfits and other details?

YES! I will send you a link to suggested outfits to wear pending the location chosen. You are always welcome to email me with any questions as well!

We want to include our dog(s) in the photos, is that ok?

Absolutely! We love animals around here! As long as it's friendly with people then all are welcome.

Do you offer other locations beyond what is listed? What if we want something more extreme for our photos (hiking, diving, etc)?

Absolutely! What is listed are just locations that clients have found to be their favorites. I am ALWAYS open to explore new locations and travel to new places!

How long does it take to receive the photos after the photoshoot?

Expect to receive your images delivered via a secure online gallery within 4 weeks after the date photographed, unless otherwise noted during busy season.

Your gallery will be open and available for 60 days. After the 60 days there will be a $50 un archival fee.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

All travel is included in the final quoted pricing.

What if the location we choose requires permits?

I always make sure to check all locations prior to booking to make sure there are or are not any permits required. Many parks do require permits in advance. You will be responsible for paying any park entrance fees and parking fees. The quote I give you will cover any necessary permits required on my end to service you.
