Celebrate your athletes with custom senior and team banners designed to stand out in the gym, on the field, along the fence, or wherever your school displays them.
Each banner begins with professional photography and is individually designed to fit your athlete, team, and school. My goal is to keep banners affordable for local schools and families without sacrificing the quality of the final piece. I work with CMDSign & Electric to print your banners in an effort to keep our dollars local.
Banner Pricing
Custom 3'x4' Banner | $75
Each banner includes:
- Professional-quality printed banner
- Custom graphic design
- Athlete name, number, sport, school, and other requested details
- Image preparation and retouching
- Print ordering and production coordination
Individual Banner Sessions
** If I am not already photographing your athlete’s full team, a $150 Banner Photography + Design Fee applies in addition to the cost of the banner.
This fee covers the time and work required to create an individual banner session, including:
- Travel within my standard service area
- Professional photography
- Equipment setup and breakdown
- Lighting and posing
- Image selection and editing
- Custom banner design
- File preparation and print coordination
Individual Banner Session: $150
Printed Banner: $75
Total for one individual athlete: $225
Full Team Banner Days
When I am photographing an entire team for banners or team photos, the individual $150 session fee is waived.
Photographing the team together allows travel, equipment setup, photography, and production time to be shared across the group, which helps me keep banner pricing affordable for schools and families.
If your coach, booster club, or athletic department is interested in scheduling banners for an entire team, please reach out for team availability and details.

FAQ
Why Are My Banners Priced This Way?
Large-format sports banners can easily cost around $100 or more to print before photography and design are even considered.
I’ve worked to find a production option that allows me to offer banners at a much more accessible price while still creating something your athlete and school can be proud to display.
The separate photography and design fee for individual athletes allows me to continue offering the physical banners at $75 without building all of the travel, photography, setup, editing, and design costs into the banner itself.
Can we send you graphics/elements for banners?
Please do. If I do not already have your school logo, please be sure to send a high resolution vector file of the logo.
Do you use Ai or can we send you and Ai design?
Absolutely NOT.
None of my designs are created with Ai and I will not utilize Ai within the design.
Can you use use a photo we send you?
No.
I cannot provide the quality I do if I am using a cell phone photo or a photo from another photographer.
This is an all-in-one service.
Can the seniors each have their own design?
No.
While seniors deserve to be recognized individually, visually it looks better if each set of banners flows seamlessly.
In addition to that, creating different designs for each senior requires a considerable amount of time on my end and is not accounted for in the cost.
